Ingredients
• ½ cup lima beans
• 1/3 cup black beans
• 1/3 cup pitted sliced olives
• 1/3 cup tomatoes chopped
• ¼ cup corn
• ¼ cup chopped cilantro
• 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste
