• Massaged Kale
- 1/4 tsp. Salt, juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 tbsp. Olive oil
• Crunchy Chickpeas
• Vegan Caesar Dressing
Vegan Sausage chopped up (optional)
Massage kale with lemon, olive oil and salt
and then mix in the vegan Caesar dressing
and chick peas. Wrap in a kale or spinach
Raw Wrap and enjoy!
Vegan Ceasar Dressing
1 garlic clove
2 tsp. Capers
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
½ cup cashews
½ cup water
salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients into a food processor.
Blend until smooth. Refrigerate after use.
